What&#8217;s more, antistatic plastics are usually only available in black or gray. PharmaStat in signal white is strikingly different and also gives you more design options.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>The antistatic plastic for the food and pharmaceutical industries<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Especially in production and conveying systems for sensitive materials &#8211; for example in the food industry or the pharmaceutical industry &#8211; high electrostatic voltages must be avoided to protect the products. However, friction during transport may cause charging. Not so with the innovative PharmaStat. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) provides controlled drainage for safe operation.<\/p>\n\n<p>At the same time, PharmaStat brings a high lubricity. Thanks to its low coefficient of friction and low abrasion, the antistatic plastic is particularly suitable for use where hygienically clean and fast transport is essential &#8211; for example in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products or products for the food industry. Whether sliding elements, screw conveyors or guide rails &#8211; your systems can be operated at a higher speed and thus more economically.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>&#8220;Food Secure&#8221;: proven and tested quality<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The new PharmaStat antistatic plastic is FDA-compliant and complies with Regulations (EC) No. 1935\/2004 and (EU) No. 10\/2011, which regulate contact between food and plastics. We can provide the relevant documents if required.<\/p>\n\n<p>We deliver PharmaStat in neutral signal white.
