Are you organized, communicative, and do you enjoy working with numbers? As an industrial clerk at Wefapress® you are an important part of our team and ensure that our business processes run smoothly.
Your training usually lasts three years. You will attend the Berufskolleg Wirtschaft und Verwaltung (vocational college for business and administration) in Ahaus 1-2 times a week, possibly at the Stadtlohn branch.
What awaits you
Distribution:
- Customer service, writing quotations and orders, deadline monitoring, process planning
Marketing:
- Carrying out market analyses, creating advertising campaigns
Materials Management and Purchasing:
- Plan and optimize production processes, control and replenish inventory, solicit and select quotations, control deliveries.
Accounting:
- Creating and checking invoices, posting business transactions, cost accounting, financial accounting
Human Resources:
- Determination of personnel requirements, preparation of duty rosters, selection of applicants, preparation of employment contracts, maintenance of personnel files

Are you good with your hands and do you want to do an apprenticeship where you can use your skills to the full? As a cutting machine operator at Wefapress® you will work on the production of precision components and learn how to use state-of-the-art machines.
As a rule, the training lasts three and a half years. You attend vocational school in Ahaus and Bocholt 1-2 times a week.

- Introduction to machines and material properties
- Making and machining of workpieces
- Getting to know a wide variety of machining processes and. Tool groups such as turning systems, automatic lathe systems, milling systems, etc.
- Programming and setting up CNC machines

Do you have a good understanding of economic interrelationships and would like to apply this knowledge in practice? As a business economist at Wefapress® you have the opportunity to work in various departments and thus gain a comprehensive insight into the company’s processes.
Your training is designed as a dual course of study and usually lasts three and a half years. In the first ½ year, you will attend vocational school in Münster once a week, after which you will study. So that you can concentrate fully on your studies and study for them, you will receive an additional 70 days of leave for the duration of your studies.
