It all begins with the founding of the "Westfalia" picker factory. The first pickers and other spare parts for looms are produced here - the foundation stone for our success story.
1952
Wefapress® revolutionizes the market: With the development of a plastic picker, we set new standards in quality and durability. Our sights are set on further areas of application and industries - and we score points.
1955
We are pioneers: As the world's first manufacturer and processor of PE-UHMW using the press-sintering process, we set new standards. Our first visit to the K trade fair in Düsseldorf marks a milestone.
