Von den Lochplatten für Rundverteiler und Diffusorblöcken, über die Entwässerungselemente und Dichtleisten für die Sauwalzen, bis hin zu Zahnradsegmenten und Antriebsritzel …, wir garantieren für die Eignung unserer Produkte.
Unsere Produkte werden aus reinem, ultrahochmolekularem Niederdruck-Polyethylen (PE-UHMW) ohne Zusatz von Regeneraten hergestellt. Durch die Verwendung von Gleitmitteln und speziellen Zusätzen haben wir Materialqualitäten entwickelt, die noch verschleißfester sind. Dank des Presssinterverfahrens können wir eine spannungsfreie innere Struktur sicherstellen und Werkstücke mit einer Länge von bis zu 10 Metern ohne Schweißnaht herstellen.
