In the summer, Luca Ostendorf (on the left, together with Managing Director Gerrit Beck) successfully completed his training as an industrial clerk at Wefapress® and is now starting full steam ahead as a permanent employee in our sales department for semi-finished plastics.

Preparation for the new role

When it became clear that a new position would be created in the sales department for semi-finished plastics, Luca Ostendorf did not hesitate for long. Weeks before his graduation, he was able to prepare for his start as a sales representative for the semi-finished products division with a lot of support from colleagues and thus gradually grew into his new responsibilities. Now, after a few weeks, he has fully joined the team and is available to provide advice and support to our customers in the area of semi-finished plastics. Just as we had expected.
